My career path began on the advertiser side, managing demand generation, lead flows, online campaigns and growth strategies for B2B and B2C. This hands-on experience showed me the real challenges marketers face, making every dollar demonstrate clear ROI and ensuring campaigns deliver qualified leads through the entire pipeline that actually convert.
I later joined Google as a Strategic Partner Analyst, leveraging my advertiser experience to support enterprise clients managing over $500 million in annual ad spend. Working inside Google gave me valuable insights into platform algorithms, optimization approaches, and emerging capabilities that most marketers never get access to.
Beyond my main career, I served as an elected member of the Winnebago (WI) County Board and Oshkosh City Council, plus held party leadership positions at local and state levels. These roles taught me how campaigns and messaging work from all perspectives, as a candidate and within the supporting organizations.
Today, I combine these unique viewpoints, understanding the realities of marketing budgets, crafting effective messaging for customers or voters, and knowing how the platforms actually work—to create digital strategies and platform implementations that deliver measurable business results.
